Client attention
How reliably you hold client context, commitments, preparation, and follow-through.
THE FRACTIONAL ADVISOR ATTENTION ASSESSMENT
A free, private diagnostic for fractional startup advisors managing several clients, active opportunities, and valuable relationships at once.
Five operating pillars. One clear attention profile. Three actions you can use this week.
WHAT THE ASSESSMENT REVEALS
The constraint is rarely effort. It is the repeated cost of holding several client realities, commercial conversations, and relationship commitments in working memory. This diagnostic makes that invisible load visible.
How reliably you hold client context, commitments, preparation, and follow-through.
The cognitive cost of moving between clients, tools, channels, and roles.
How clearly opportunities move from interest to a specific, timely next step.
How intentionally you maintain and activate trusted relationships around your practice.
How quickly you can identify and protect the work that matters most this week.
A TRANSPARENT DIAGNOSTIC
Every answer maps to an explicit score. Four questions form each pillar score, and the five pillars form your overall Attention Score. Your result is deterministic: identical answers produce an identical profile, risks, opportunity, and action plan.
Your answers are saved locally in your browser so you can return without starting over. Signum only receives a score summary if you choose to request the optional email report.
QUESTIONS
It measures five operating pillars: client attention, context switching, pipeline momentum, network activation, and weekly focus. Together they show where your advisory practice is protecting attention and where it is losing leverage.
Each answer maps to a fixed score. The assessment averages four questions within each pillar, then averages the five pillar scores into an overall score from 0 to 100. The same answers always produce the same result.
No. You can complete the full assessment and see every result without an email address. Email is optional and only requested if you want a copy of your personalised report.
